SheShe Skin Co. is a small-batch handcrafted body care brand based in Alabama, producing whipped body butters, artisan soaps, massage bars, and bundle sets. All products are made by hand in small quantities.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, minor variations in color, texture, or appearance between batches are normal and expected — this is a hallmark of artisan craftsmanship, not a defect.

Our products are for external cosmetic use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a skin condition, allergy, or medical concern, consult a healthcare provider before use.

3. Allergy & Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer

Our products contain natural butters, oils, and essential oils. Some individuals may be sensitive to certain ingredients. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use — apply a small amount to your inner wrist and wait 24 hours. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

SheShe Skin Co. is not liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities arising from product use. A full ingredient list is available for each product — please review before purchasing.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Payment is processed securely through PayPal. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States. Processing time is typically 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. SheShe Skin Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. We want every customer to be happy, so if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shesheskin.com with a photo and your order details.

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on shesheskin.com — including text, product photos, the SheShe Skin Co. name, logo, and brand materials — is the property of SheShe Skin Co. and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
